I am just wondering if anybody has any tips for nice hands/feet om the day! We are getting married om the beach sl im not wearing any shoes for the ceremony (got some little strappy sandals for afterwards) but because of my job as a dental nurse i have to wear latex gloves all day & big socks and shoes so i find my feet have hard skin on them and my hands always look minging! Does anybody have any tips for miracles because i am only off for a week before the wedding so only have that to basicially look after my hands/feet! I use hand cream everyday anyway but the gloves just really dry out my hands and especially my nail beds!

    Thanks ladies

Get one of those ped eggs for your feet, use that and then soak them in warm/hot water.. Use a rough exfoliator on them ( I recommend s.oap and g.lory scrub on me, it's he.ll if you have tickly feet but definitely worth it.. Dry and moisturise with a dry/very dry skin moisturiser, n.ivea I find is best for really dry skin.. Although S.oap and g.lory sell gloves and socks that you put on for 30mins - 1hour after using their manicure / pedicure moisturiser.. My mum swears by them !
Do the ped egg twice a week for say, 3-4 weeks and the rest every night for the same amount of time and your feet should be looking lovely by your wedding :-)

For you hands, I'd soak them in warm water every night for the week you are off, push your cuticles back and use cuticle moisturiser around your nails when you have done that.. And did you know some moisturisers can actually dry out your skin if you use them too much ?! So I'd suggest getting a dry skin moisturiser and just using it in the morning after washing and in the evening before bed..

Failing all that, if you can afford it, book yourself in for an intensive mani-pedi !! They should be able to sort you out ! Lol.. xx
