We have to have banns read in three churches, as we both live in different parishes, neither of which is the one we're marrying in. We both live in Cardiff which has a few different parishes. We qualify for the church we're using because H2B goes there regularly.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

We have to have ours read in a different church to the one we are marrying in, the vicar who is marrying us said it is up to the church which is reading the banns as to whether they charge or not but he said about £25.

Definitely contact both churches, I think I've read somewhere they both have to do it (or maybe it's just an option?) I wouldn't want to leave it to chance.

We have to pay to have them read at our local parish, but are getting married at my Bampy's church (Grandad for any English people lol) where hes organist so don't have to pay anything there, so its pretty normal to have to pay i think xxx
