Finally sorted out my bridesmaids dresses today - on my own with NO imput from the maids! I'm going for a really unusual and new dress that only comes in 2 sizes and can be worn in about 20 different styles! I tried it on myself and loved it so ordering in a bright apple green. Putting a pic up now...

ooo I saw some dresses like that on two birds? is that where you got them from? lemme know what they are like when they arrive as I was thinking it for my bridesmaids as they all like different styles and i dont seem to be able to find matching colours in different styles!
Thanks guys - I liked them because there's a chance they will get worn again! I felt amazing in it so I'm sure they will too and will want to wear it again. I just hope the weather's ok when we get married so they're not freezing!

Yes they're twobirds and tried them on today. They're beautiful - really nice quality. I'm a bit of a fatty (it's ok - i got 6 months to lose it) but they're sooo flattering! They're all the same dress with 2 sashes of fabric for the top that you can wear in various ways - I even heard about some bridesmaids changing each other's styles half way through the night!

so have you shown them to your bridesmaids yet to find out what they think? What is the material like that was my only worry that the material wasnt a good quality?

It's a lovely drape jersey. Extremely heavy on the short version. I found it a little revealing for me, but you can buy a bandeau so I'm getting them one each - they can wear it then if they want to, but don't have to.
And they haven't tried them on but I've shown them pics. To be honest, it's my wedding so I'm not too worried - I had to wear a pink monstrosity at my sisters wedding 2 years ago, so she can wear what I put her in!!! I think they'll love them once they try them on. I'm going to treat myself to a black one after the wedding I liked it so much!

There's 1 shop in London BUT she will loan you a dress and send it out? There's no where else you can get them from :-(
