well, since I'm off sick today (bleugh sparkly light headache during night but easing now), I thought I'd write a list of what I've don\e and if any of you lovely ladies can suggest things that I've missed then that'd be good.
THINGS I'VE DONE
venue - deposit paid and have been sent schedule by hotel as to what's needed and when Registrar - reappointment to serve notice booked for 10th April (meatloaf day yeay). We have to serve notice again as original venue cancelled but, luckily, got the same date the same time at another - so registrar, theoretically, is already booked. Posh frock - go for final fitting in June, all paid for :) Headpiece - on order Shoes - got Jewellery - erm.. havent decided yet, as something borrowed am going to borrow spare-daughter's pearls - saves me getting my late mum's restrung Invites - all printed, just got to send out Bridesmaids - all frocks got, one has shoes, other three done (they're getting their own - well I'm giving them £25 towards it, as long as they are the colours I've chosen then I'm fine with heels, flats, whatever Bridesmaid's pressies - personalised bags bought, little crystal hearts (in individual colours) necklaces bought, personalised con-verse ordered Flower girls - all frocks got all they need to get is sparkly silver pumps but they'll be got nearer the day. Flower girl pressies - personalised bags, activity book and rag doll get - possibly with get crystal heart necklaces for them too.. not sure yet Bridegroom suit - got (well actually have got two, one navy one grey - not sure which yet (got to love half price sale and 20% off Marksies) DJ - booked Photographer - booked Hair - booked make-up - booked Honeymoon - booked Cake - friend is making it, when I decide on what I want.. need to make lots of fondant rose though
