Ladies, I have a bit of a problem (and a tip for anyone making their own stationery)

I bought 140mm square cards with the idea of making my own inserts to put inside. This all went a bit wrong as I realised months later one can't buy ready-made inserts in this size. However, my dad came to the rescue and designed and printed the inserts for us. Problem 1 solved.

Problem no.2? I now need envelopes. Now, I have my heart set on purple envelopes - our colour scheme isn't particularly prominent in our venue decor so purple envelopes was an obvious way to do it. It worked for our save the dates and considering the design of our invites is very similar I wanted to do the same again. But, can I find purple 140mm square envelopes? Endless hours searching through google and all the envelope sites in the world suggests no.

The closest I've got is 155mm squared, but I'm worried these envelopes are going to look ridiculously big. Am I being completely ridiculous? Should I just buy them and get on with other more important things lol.

The other solution is to buy white envelopes in the correct size.

H2B thinks I'm completely nuts for getting all het up over envelopes so seeking advice from like-minded brides-to-be!

(And ladies, please don't end up in the same state as me - check all aspects of our wedding stationery before committing to a certain size and realising that it's not a common card size!)
    Thanks!

Another option is may to buy the white envelopes and add your own unique touch to them in purple?
    Something like this maybe......

A lady I'm in a group with decided to do her own.
She got a picture of her venue in black n white and cut them to size and put these inside the enevelopes (can't find a pic but will keep looking)

You could do similar maybe if your worried the purple ones would be too big

It's only 1.5cm at the end of the day. I could live with that. Better a bit bigger than too small!

Thanks ladies, I think I was definitely freaking out over nothing!

Hails - they look amazing! Unfortunately I'm a bit tight for time as only have tomorrow and next weekend to sort the invites before they need to be sent and although they are probably quite simple to do, knowing me I'd mess it up completely!
