    What the titles says really.

Do we chose family members to do our 2 readings or can the vicar do them?

Who did everyone else have to do theirs/planning to have do theirs?

H2B had asked one of his freind's to do the only reading for us, but she has just backed out.
I'm hoping now my MOH will do this for us now.

I think it's up to you, I'm not entirely sure as we're having a registrar & we're choosing a friend/family to do a reading. So think it's the same for Church's? xx

Normally in a Church wedding it is the vicar who does the readings, but some vicars will allow family members or friends to do them instead, other ones wont so best off to talk to your vicar about it hun :) xxx

I'd ask the vicar. Our vicar advised us to ask a family member or friend to do the reading

I would ask the vicar chick as they are doing the wedding itself. They might allow a family member to read them but it is depending on the vicar i think.

We are trying to get as many different people involved in our wedding as we can, so getting a friend to reading and other people to do other bits :) x

Me and my H2B are wanting three readings, two bible readings and a poem which we both like. So we're hoping that the vicar will allow us to have family to do the readings.

My god mother to do one bible reading
H2B's god father to do one bible reading
both bridesmaids to read the poem

    :)
