A friend of mine took a hair and nail supplement for a year before the wedding to strengthen and condition her hair and nails. It did work, she looked lovely! she said she felt the difference after 3 months.
There are a couple of options out there on the market - do any of you have a recommendation? I have the name of hers but i just wondered if she chose the best one or not!?

I take Biotin, get it from the rainforest. It has made a big difference to both my hair and nails, nails are stronger and I only lose about 2 strands in the shower whereas I used to lose clumps of the stuff. However DO NOT take more than 5mg a day if you start taking it, if you do you might get massive red boil type zits, and they don't just come up on your face. It's good to start with a low dose and work your way up. x

I asked this last week or so... I've started taking berocca, hair skin and nails vitamin, hormone balancer and a cube of raw jelly.. I may try sea kelp at some point x

Ive got sea kelp from recommedation through some of te other ladies on this sight, i also had some hair skin and nails formula but i ran out and never bought any more
I need to keep up with the sea kelp though as i stopped taking them regularily.
