The other day my H2B was asking what all the fuss is about when I'm frequently logging on and checking out the forum.
So I showed him a couple of the posts... I said, "look - this one is about bridesmaid dresses..." "well I'm leaving that to you" he replied. "...this one is about table planning..." his reaction: "hmpf - a what?" "...and this one is about what presents to get each other for the wedding day. Look, I've posted on this one..."
His reaction...
"Whaaaa...?? I didn't know THAT?! I'm meant to get you a present?!. Is there a UK Groom I can check???!!!"
LOL! Silly boys - think all they have to do is turn up on the day... Anyone else had a similar experience?

I think ukgroom is a great idea because our h2b's can't really talk about weddings to their single friends can they because they won't be interested instead of anything bar the stag! Lol They need some other grooms to talk weddings with!

Also, I was talking weddings with a friend in front of him and said 'well, someone I know had xyz and it looked lovely'
And h2b turned around and said 'is it a real person or someone from bridezilla.com?'

Yes, mine refers to it as bridezilla.com too... He's now pretty thankful I'm not discussing centre pieces etc with him, that I've got this place for doing that! :-)
