I'm getting married in about 18 or so months, and the question on mine and h2b's lips is weather or not to have a paper order of service or not.
Our church has the use of an over head projector so the options are:
Paper order of service. Over head projector order of service.
Do guests like to take the order of service's with them? Or do you think they would prefare to read from the big screen & that way there is no fumbling through hymn books and paper documents throughout the service and they get to keep their heads up watching what is going on at the alter etc

It would save you money on printing up order of service booklets if you had it on the OHP instead. I made 60 order of service booklets for my wedding and it was hard work! But a lot of people did take them away as a keepsake after the service. Its up to you hun xx

We have an overhead projector in our church too, but we are still going to have paper order of services as keep sakes, but we will be using the big screen for the song lyrics too :) x

hmm, i love the idea of using the OHP as it cuts down on costs & keeps peoples heads up and engaged in the whole wedding thing.
but like you say, a lot like to take them home as a keep sake! :-/
They can keep your wedding invitation instead as a keepsake? I wouldnt be miffed if there was no order of service to take home. Its less hassle for you to use to OHP hun. Unless anyone is short sighted and forgets their glasses on the day hehe xx
