Hi all, I am seriously considering making my own wedding flowers. I have looked up a video on you tube and a basic rise bouquet seems relatively easy to make however button holes look rather difficult. Just wondering if anyone has made there own and can offer any tips. And did you use real or silk flowers? Thanks ladies xx

Nicola will you be using real or artificial flowers? if artificial they arnt too hard hun theses were mine i did xx

Brilly they look gorgeous. I will use real for the bouquet but I think artificial for the button holes as they look too tricky. Where did you get all your supplies?
I never actually done mine myself but a friend did them. I used silk, I tried to do them but I am not great at things.

I'm having my bouquet and bm made by florist but I'm making button holes myself! Check the craft of hobby as they do all the bits you would need to make satin roses and carnation buttons xxx

i used foam roses for mine as well and they were really easy but mine were just roses with a bit of florists tape round with a ribbon on

poppy i got most of my bits off bay of e hun, there honestly not that hard to do im not sure about real flowers though they maybe tricky x
