Wedding Forum - Could strangle the groom...

Well coming from someone who's having a mad hatter's theme .. I say go for it! If you say no, he could always turn around & say 'it's my day too' lol. I'm not sure on the costume though! xx

Siany I don't really mind the theme to be honest hun its the fact hes waited until after I designed the cups and invites etc when he watched it about 3-4 days ago i could throttle him lol x

I would throttle him first Bryony But let him have his input in the wedding party theme its both of your wedding go for it n the costume I'm unsure about unless he looks Awesome then its a Yes but if he will look silly then No Completely Up to you =D ♥ X

that's good Bryony that you have come round to the idea and able to change up your invitations, by your adding the mad hatter party into your wedding your showing your H2B it is really "Our Wedding" as you let him have some input in the wedding as you get some men who complain that we take over and we do not let them add their input into the day so your H2B can not turn round and say you didn't let him add his ideas into the wedding =D Good No Costume and Craft for the Kids sounds excellent keep them busy over summer great plan and you will find the large tea cups and saucer plates and crazy croquet have fun =D ♥ X I loved that Don't tell the bride episode it was Koolio but not my cup of tea but the groom had a massive imagination =D ♥ X

Does your H2B like to be unique? If he does tell him that a few million people have already seen it done!
Personally i think you could possibly get away tying the two themes together, could be fun :)

How annoying to tell you after you've already done so much work!
I think you could merge the two themes though. For example the teacups and vintage crockery works for vintage and mad hatters tea party

GF the hall we are having hun is an old bowling green so we have 2 large grass areas outside were allowed to use xx

Lana he's a happy bunny now but starting to moan it will cost a fortune but told him it was his idea lol x

GC2B were just going to add a few props and instead of keeping all the table cloths the same we are going to mix and match them so hopefully it will help tie the 2 together as we are already having teacups and saucers x

Joanna he's a sod I told him last night I could strangle him but luckily the invites are all done via a craft disk so doesnt take too long to change them all infact ive just finished the inserts lol x

Miss-A luckily its not going to cost too much extra probably around £100 as the croquet set is roughly £15, A3 cards are roughly £10 the kids are making the mushrooms and are going to try giant paper mache cups so really thats just the glue which I can get at wholesalers for a couple of quid, clocks we are also going to get the kids to paint on card, the drink me bottle h2b said he will use the large cola money bottles but will try paper mache to change the shape or make 1 out of ply wood etc, we are also going to get some garden flamingo's so all and all not too bad really. H2b also going to do this to the croquet set lol xx
