Salads
Roasted tomato and onion greek roasted red onion and rocket mixed baby leaf fennel and almond slaw potato and red onion
vegetables wilted savoy cabbage fragrant rice lemon scented cous cous herb mash roasted new potaotes new potatoes roasted carrots with thyme carrots and cauliflower
[Pick 1 dessert]
Apricot frangipane tart with creme friche pear and ginger cheese cake dark chocolate truffle torte with a pistachio cream exotic fruit salad with lemongrass syrup cheese platter with dried fruits and crackers coffee and walnut roulade
I've chosen
Salmon fish cakes Slow braised lamb hot pot
I also like the sound of the lamb and black sheep, but whats black sheep??! Is it just sheep meat or is it something sinister like its kidneys or liver or something? the 'black' is making me think black pudding *vom*
The three salads and veggies, nothing on the salad selection really stands out to me, so ive got;
roasted new potatoes carrots and cauliflower lemon cous cous (thought that would be a go'er for the fishcakes)
And for the desert, i was tempted by the cheese and crackers, but if i have anything other than chocolate, he'll refuse to marry me, so the final choice of the chocolate truffle is non-negotiable hahaha
Ive spoke to my only vegetarian guest who said she eats fish, so the veggie options are ok, and i know the kids will eat those without any moaning. well, ours will, bollocks to any one elses kids lol
Sooooooooo
what do you think?
took me bleedin' ages to type all that out

Omg they all sound so delicious! I think what you've chosen is perfect as there is a choice of meat or fish then the veg covers potatoes, veg and Cous Cous so you've covered everything :)
The greatest thing you'll ever learn
