hopefully you can help me, i have emailed a couple of times now about my power membership, but have had no reply. On 5th Jan i paid £20 for power membership through paypal which i had use of for 2 days when it then got taken off me. I cancelled the recurring paypal set up as i would not want this service for longer than a year. This caused my power membership to be removed??? UKBride has happily taken my £20 with no sign of a refund, reinstating my membership or any help or reply??!!

Hi hun this happened to me when i cancelled my paypal but I emailed ukbride - [email protected] and they put me back on. They should get back to you shortly it just automtaically cancels when you cancel paypal that's all xx
