So we were going to get quotes for our honeymoon back to Disney today.
And they wont have October 2014 dates on until April they said. Bummed :( we need to know flight dates before we can book our venue so it's all relatively close together.
3 months of anticipation and excitement before we can get the ball rolling...

ah hun im sorry to hear that! we booked our honeymoon for Disney too :D 1 week there and 1 week in clearwater so can have a relaxing honeymoon too!! piece of advise, we went in May/June time and they were already getting fully booked for May/June this year, so as soon as the dates are released get down there, try and make sure you know your finances etc so can pretty much say yes and book immediately. we went in the Thursday or something, had to book by the Saturday so to secure a seat on the plane!! We getting married Sunday, the Monday only had 3 seats left, and the Tuesday 9... so have booked the Tuesday...going to Manchester the Monday after wedding and staying over ready for the flight Tuesday morning.
I'm sorry you have to wait, but not toooo much longer!! and least theres excitement to keep you entertained whilst waiting!! xx

We're hoping to go back for October mainly for weather and its his birthday too on Hallowe'en (and I hear the horror nights are good from what he's told me!)
We were all raring to go and the travel agent was just like "Oh. No. Come back in April." Then this little awkward pause where we all just looked at each other. And to fill the silence we got offered brochures. We want to stay in Port Orleans French Quarter (we stayed there last time!)
On the plus side it gives us a few more months to get some extra money behind us, so that's a positive!
Still. Boo. :(

ah thats cool. well definitely as soon as it hits April get yourself back there pronto to book the dates up. Ive only been once to florida one and loved it, was in Sept and they were just prepping for halloween! My mate goes alot and says it is really good there for Halloween!! my OH never been to WDW so thats why doing it for our honeymoon! he proposed to me in the Disney Paris :D
Oh wow really, thats where we're going to be staying! Yeh definitely, theres always a positive to look at! Just keep thinking its all good and the next 3 months will fly by! x

I'd be quite entertained, we were there in April 11, Arneil was the hotel greeter and he had to wear this big poofy purple suit! If he's still there I'll be well impressed! He was an elderly man so look out for him!
Id only been the once but my OH had been about 3 times before with his parents, and the last time was his 4th with me and his parents too.
I went to Paris one a few times as a kid, WDW with my mate in 08, Back to Disney paris twice in the first year me and OH got together.. he took me for my bday the following year as a total surprise and proposed to me on the night! I was more gutted i missed my TGI's bday meal..!! haha, and then he took me last summer for my bday again! So WDW is a big treat for us and first time hes been...

Aaaah everybody loves Disney :D I think Animal Kingdom is supposed to have an area that's meant to be like Avatar by then?
From what we've been talking about we're definatley going to Universal for Hallowe'en, the whole park is filled with fog, and they have staff/actors running about in the silence banging drums and making noise to make it all scary!

We had to wait to book our honeymoon in Florida kisamee for a few months last year! we just got estimates. When the time come i haggled them right down and got a really good deal, i did ask the people at the travel agents to phone me as soon as the holidays were in and went straight down there too, thats when you get the best prices and the dates you want!
4 months today untill we go :D xx

Think I might have to go look, struggling at the min tho, cos I'm applying to do midwifery degree and get it finished and if my applications accepted I'll start sept 2014 when I'm getting married so our honeymoon will have to be the following yr once we've finished for the yr as they are very strict about no time off policy while you're studying so just gotta wait see if I get in first!x

Actually got around to going into Virgin for quotes yesterday, all but the park tickets came to just short of £3000. Just got to wait for other travel agents to start showing flights now...

We used a website that is owned by virign which is much cheaper going through virign website then we didn't buy any park tickets as we get them closer to honeymoon, we paid £2,278 for 28 nights staying at Rosen inn at pointe Orlando.

I've been keeping my eye on flights, most websites only go upto a year in the future though :/ We're getting married June 2014 and want to do 3 weeks in the U.S. for our honeymoon - starting at Orlando for the first week then hiring a car and making our way to LA via route 66 :-D
