    Now I'm not moaning (ok maybe a lil)
    but our best man he is a music technician and creates a lot of music and is in a few bands atm.
    He kindly offered to do the song of my arrival into the church and down the aisle as i hate the cliche of hear comes the bride.
    He has finalised it and just shown us the finished piece.
    I dont like it.....
    I feel like such a horrid person but i think its tacky and over the top....but 1. i dont want to upset h2b as its his friend and 2. he has done this for us on his own back and its such a lovely gesture.
    What do i do?
    should i just suck it up and go with it?

    If it was me in this situation, I would somehow kindly & politely say it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, although the effort has been greatly appreciated! As it's your big day, you don't want to be walking down to something you don't like, you want to enjoy it & savour the moment! xx

    I just added you as a friend Raych & read your 'about me' .. Me & my h2b are complete dnb heads too! Did you find a DJ to do it? My h2b is a dnb DJ, well, he was until he sold his decks a couple of months ago as he was made redundant :( We've made sure we have dnb at our reception lol xx

    Does your H2B like it?

    Also, do you completely hate it, or are there parts you like, and parts that are a bit much? If its not totally wrong, you could maybe tell him its a fab starting point and nudge him in the right direction? You're right, it is such a lovely gesture, and in your position I'm not sure I could tell him I wasn't going to use it.

    Or, could it be used as your recessional song instead?

    I just asked H2B and he says its alright, could do with tweaking but he'd be happy to use it, im really unsure on it as its just not me at all....
    he has spent a few months on it and its his gift to us, i might just have to let him get on with it, maybe use it as we sign the register or something

    ohhh Siany what is it? I really wanted a netsky track for ours but H2B kinda put his foot down hahaha

    But Netsky's tracks are nice & mellow! I love Starlight, that would be a good one! Ours is System, the matrix & futurebound remix, it's one of our fav dnb tunes & he chose it so I'm more than happy with that! We might even have a cheesy one too, as I asked my aunty to sing our first dance song but then he chose the dnb one, so we might just be greedy & have two! Haha

    yeah that would be nice, how are you gonna do a slow dance to DNB tho hahaha....i wanted i refuse by netsky but the shock one remix....amazing tune but apparently the lyrics are a bit out for the occassion lol.
