Hey girls, just wondering where's good to get invites? I know you're not allowed to put links on here but could you please message me or put the links on my wall?! Also do you normally buy invites to match the colour scheme of the day or does it not matter too much? We've got a quite unusual colour so it may be hard!
Thanks :)

Its up to you.... they look nice when they match your colour scheme but dont have too.
you have some options.... make them yourself either by folding the cards and putting ribbons, bows, stickers, etc on them or printing of the computer, pay someone to make them for you or can use online website such as VPrint and use on their templates and add your details then order them. It depends on your budget, what type of invites you want and if you want to make them?!

I was a little worried at first about how I was going to get Chinese style invites and RSVP cards to match with the Double Happiness sign on as in this country it's not very common (naturally) but good old v!st@pr!nt actually had a design and I (and H2B and my family) loved it! We'd found another company who did a selection of Double happiness invites too but didn't like their designs. So I ordered just 10 from VP to see what they were like and the quality was just fantastic so we've ordered and received all of the invites and RSVP's now from them, cannot be happier and even better still, it all came in at only 50% of what I had budgeted for printing of invites and RSVP's, we even got matching envelopes for them :D

Just out of interest, what colour are you going for? Any other theme elements you want in them, or swirls, scrolls, etc? Is there any particular style of invites you like most?
I'll be designing and making my own, as I make cards as a hobby anyway. Mine will kinda be along the same lines of my theme, but am hoping to keep it simple. However I have fallen in love with pocket fold style of invite so may have my work cut out haha!.
What colour are you having? If you google wedding invites there are loads of online companies about. Also places like Etsy or Not on the high street do them.
We are having just a "pastels" theme so a few different colours on the day but we've chosen a pastel green for the invites - I don't think it has to match the colour, but i guess it should reflect the theme. x
