as some of u girls know i was having problems with my MOH, her daughter is also my flower girl, so have spoken to her and we have decided that she isnt going to be MOH she will just be a BM, so at the moment i am MOH less. one of my friends is coming up from essex in a couple of weeks and i was thinking that i will ask her to be MOH cant beileve i didnt think of her first as we have been friends for almost 25yrs. so fingers crossed she will say yes, the only thing i worry about is that she is in essex and wont beable to get up here as much as i might like her to. she is already coming up the morning before the wedding so she is here and for the morning xx

She doesn't need to be local to you hun to be your MOH! I assume you are worried about dress fittings etc??

My CBM lives 500 miles and its not a problem (and she has her school exams to get through!). You just have to be organised.

Fairytale- I bought my BM dresses in London, and the girls are arranging their own alterations near where I live- saves them the trouble of having to come to London. My one local BM is coming to my fittings to learn to lace the dress.
