Hi all, I have 4 months to go but I think I have done almost everything. I apologise in advance for the long list! But if you see anything I've missed, please let me know :) Here goes, so far we have got:
Venue - booked and pretty much paid for Notice of marriage given My dress - bought, waiting for it to come in H2B's suit hired Groomsmen suits hired Rings bought BM's dresses bought Favours bought and made Invitations - mostly made Tiara and jewellery bought BM's headbands and jewellery bought BM's shoes bought Garter bought Make up artist booked Hair booked Car booked Post box bought My bouquet and BM's bouquets bought (fake flowers!) Guestbook bought Some presents for family members bought Buttonholes bought Bits for centerpieces bought Table decorations (scatter crystals etc) bought
This is so hard to think of absolutely everything but all I can think that we need to get now is:
A few more presents for family members My shoes Tony's (H2B) shoes Candy buffet which we are getting the bits for in February
And I can't think what else but I think I must be missing something since we have 4 months to go!

Ah yes more that I forgot! I bought my bra but need some nice bottoms to go with it. Photographer is booked, cake is booked, DJ booked and honeymoon booked. We do want to book a minimoon though but just can't find the right thing at the moment x x
Oh and accommodation is part of the wedding package :) x x

Are you having any leaflets at your wedding for the order of service? This I would use if it is a church wedding, it might not be required if its a registry office wedding. I'm getting married in a church but I'm not having order of service leaflets as I've only 20 people coming to the church so there's no point, but you might want to have them if you have a larger number of guests.

We're not having order of service sheets as I didn't see the point really. Forgot to mention we've also got our chair covers and sashes. The cake stand and cake knife are in with the wedding package. I do need to get H2B a present and I don't know what to get him! Any ideas? What are you all getting your other halves? x x

i find it hard to get my H2B presents so i get him a Bag of Love ♥or a box of love i get different meaningful items and put them in there for our 2yr anniversary i got him chocolate sweets advent calender coming up to Christmas a keyring with a picture of us an ornament for the Christmas tree with us on it going to get him pictures when he choose them from snapfish, next time as he is my computer whizz get him a mouse mat etc... we have matching posters of collages of our pictures i have a calender of us i get him lovey dovey cheesy presents that he did not expect & other things that benefit me too ;-) my H2B hard to buy for so a bag of love with meaningful gifts that are sentimental and from the heart nothing better than a gift from the heart ♥

I don't think me and my fiancé will do the whole gift giving thing amongst ourselves. I think stressing over the wedding is enough really, though I suppose some little thing might be good. But I've no idea what you should get yours, what's he into? If I was doing something for my guy it would be tickets for a particular west end show he has wanted to see for absolutely ages as he's a big fan of an actor in it. I only hope the play is still running with the same actor when we are getting married. I would take him now but I don't have the money :-(
