Ok i had a looongg 1 1/2 hour meeting at my reception yesturday and went through everything! :D one of the things i have still yet to decide is chair covers/colours etc... i thought i was going to go for the white chair covers with black and grey sashes but i saw they had black chair covers and thought these may look good with white chair sashes however my mom thinks it's too "funeral" like for a wedding.
so opions needed...
white table cloth with black chair covers and white sashes? or white table cloth with white chair covers and blackk and silver sashes?
My theme is ivory, black and grey through out the day.

I think the white cloth with the black covers will be nice. If that's the colour scheme it will fit in nicely, otherwise it will be too much white,

Yep I would go white chair covers & coloured sashes OR if it is not too much of a pain or too pricey, could they alternate the chairs? One black one white?

I think black chair covers can look quite classy but I think it also depends how bright your room is.

yes i was thinking that too Elle23 and having contrasting shashes? and Tori my room is quite bright and big and spacious so i think i would be able to get away with it. Bunches of 5 black, ivory and silver balloons dotted around the room too...

Could you possiably have both? Have them alternating from chair to chair or for each table.
Eaither way remember it's your day so go with what you feel and want.

Personally I would go for the grey/silver (but then I'm bias as silver is one of our colours) What about table runners? A mirrored centre piece would be cool too.

I would either do all white or as someone else suggested, 1 white 1 black. With 1 white 1 black do you have to have an equal number of chairs at each table also what colour of table cloth will there be?

u can always alternate between black and white chair covers put silver sashes on the black and black organsa on the white n maybe have nice silver broaches on them xx
