My videographer wants to hold back printing and sending our DVD in case anyone else wants a copy so it saves on his printing costs. My question is, how common/ popular is it for people to want copies of your DVD and pay £15 for it?
Any help would be great.

Your parents, his parents and sometimes key figures like bridesmaids, best men or the parents of a flower girl or pageboy might want a copy. Some of yours or his siblings might want some too or you might want to give these people a copy yourself as a thank you gift. It's common for others to want a copy these days.

I would guess it would only be your parents, and possibly parents of any children you had in the wedding party.
Ask around although most I think would be happy with a view of yours x

I personally wouldn't buy anyone else's wedding DVD, no matter if they were a really close friend/family member/whatever; I'd just borrow theirs, because it isn't something I'd be interested in watching. But, that's me lol; it could well be that your parents would like a copy (mine probably would if we were having one; they want an album) for example. Best bet IMO is to ask around.
But really, I disagree with him holding back your copy in case others want one; if he's priced them up, he should have taken production costs into consideration; he shouldn't be holding back just to save himself a few £.

the only people who may want one apart from them people already mentioned is any close friends or family who cant make the wedding. x
