We're not having an evening do and hoping to leave the venue at about 7pm to go to our hotel.
I know it's early but because i'm making my own invites i'm starting them now.
Do i put on the invite about the day concluding at around 7pm or do i include a seperate little note with the invite, rsvp, accomodation list etc?x

Yeah I think you should try a few different ways of writing it and then you can decide what looks better. I did that with my invites x x

Either way sounds good. I agree, make a mock up of each and see which you prefer, post them here too for extra opinions xx

If you are doing an info pack too, I would ave a list of good nearby pubs etc so that guests have a place to go afterwards if they want to continue partying xx

I had an afternoon wedding with no evening do.
I just added at the bottom.......Even though the Wedding celebrations will cease at 8pm......You are more than welcome to join us in the hotel bar and gardens....weather permitting.
This basically let people know there was no evening reception, but that they could stay if they wanted to....
Yours is a little bit different in that you will be leaving the venue.....what about something like...

The wedding celebrations will cease at 7pm, when the bride and groom will depart for XYZ.......

I agree that it should be on the invite, you dont want it being put to one side or accidently falling out when they open it xxx
