    Hi ladies,

    please can you help me we are trying to find transport for next September i would love a carriage but no such luck yet! I know i will more than likely not be able to have the carriage so we are also looking at classic cars we have a very tight budget!!

    Have a look for venues with wedding fairs/fayres as they usually have trusted suppliers there that would help.
    If not lots of googling, and don't always use the wedding word either, we found a car company by putting in Luxury vehicle hire.
    And as macabre as this is, funeral directors often know horse and carriage companies too.

    Yeah I no it does not sound good but my dad works for a funeral director and they hire out their cars for weddings and are a lot cheaper than wedding car hire places. The cars are not always black as well, they have one silver and a few white cars in their range. X x

    Make sure you attend wedding fairs. As I only wanted one for the journey there and just for me, I spoke with a company at a wedding fair and they agreed to do it for £100
