A while back I had 4 gold hearts and on my way towards number 5. Then logged on one day and was reduced to 1 silver heart. I e.mailed IT Man who then adjusted me back to gold but only 1 gold heart. I then re - e.mailed to say I had 4 gold but had no reply. I log on regular, sometimes 4 -5 times daily but no change in the gold hearts. Loyalty points are standing at 23151. The gold heart status has not moved since it was changed to 1. I'm wondering why I was only given 1 back when I was at 4 and how many poinst are needed to move on. I'm thinking what is the whole point of them then? I know what the point is meant to be but it appears they work for some and not for others, Anyone else got this happen or just me?

I can only suggest you email him again hun as I'm not sure what has been going on from IT Man ’s point of view, 23151 is only enough for one gold heart, whether or not you lose points over time I’m not sure but once you become a power user with 5 gold hearts that is for life so you shouldn’t ever lose the status.
Email IT Man again and remind him that you haven't heard anything from him and want to know how it has gone from 4 hearts down to 1 and if you have lost loyalty points from not logging on. [email protected]

I feel the same... I pay for power user only mainly for annual win a wedding comp and even I only really upload photos into forum comment and emoticons, does seem pointless i have to agree x

If you pay to be a power user NOW then when you get your 5th gold heart their are no extra benefits except that you no longer have to pay to be a power user! Like has said above the points you have does co inside with the amount and colour of your hearts as you need 500,000 for 4 gld and you only have 23,000 something points, so if you did have 4 gold I'm not sure what's going on?? As far as I know once you have the points you don't loose them no matter what so really not sure what to say to be honest babe. Perhaps email J or IT Man and ask them to look into why you went from 4 gold to 1.

Blimey, my gold hearts may have been messed up then and maybe IT Man corrected them down to one if you have to have soooooo many points. I have paid to be a power user but weren't sure if anything changed when you got to full gold. LOL Never mind, I best get collecting just for fun instead.
