Black and White one sounds brilliant. I am having a end of summer wedding as i am getting married in August 2014 and i am having Royal Blue and Ivory. I think you should choose what you like the best.

    Met: 1st February 2014
    Engaged: 1st June 2014
    Getting Married: 31st December 2014

I think Bright pink is a nice summery colour, I would be mad and have sunflowers as my flowers, I'd of loved to have booked a wedding for the summer, but of course its more expensive. I think lime green is quite a popular colour these days or a turquoise colour :) My wedding is in April, so i've gone for a cadbury purple, lilac, white and silver theme...and I love butterflies, so itll be butterfly everything! lol

I couldn't decide on a particular colour so have gone for a summery pastels theme - getting married 1st August.

    Thinking something like this:

    Lizzilou.....LOVE your pastel dresses.......

Mine wore 4 different colours too......not as pastel as yours but I actually prefer your colours...they are more delicate....

We are having a rainbow theme for our wedding. You can go really bright and bold with the colour schemes or have them be slightly more subtle (which is the way we are thinking of going, as we are having a relatively small wedding). There are soo many possibilities with it as you can have blocks of the different colours or almost literal rainbows of colours flowing through-out the venue. H2b chose our theme in the end because of 2 reasons 1) to put it simply I love random colour (Ash almost always wears black lol), he quite often says I look like a rainbow as I can never decide what colour to wear so tend to put them all on at the same time and 2) he wants our wedding to reflect us and our personalities and he says that when he met me he got back his personality as I brought so much colour into his life. (sounds better when he says it lol)

I do like the black & white theme and think it works no matter what time of year, it can look quite classy and can be styled very well. It is also possible to throw in a hint of something colour wise or a shimmer of gold/silver to personalise it a little.

Happy deciding. Once you do it will be full steam ahead and everything you see will suddenly be a potential idea as to whether you can use it ;o)

Why don't you combine the two? Have black and white to dress the tables i.e white table cloths and chair covers with black sashes but then have splashes of colour in the centrepieces and bouquets etc. You could have the men in black and white suits and the bridesmaids in different colour dresses with black sashes... I am running away with ideas here, but you get my point, I think it could look fab :)
