I was going to suggest Olly Murs, a lot of the youngsters love him. When we went to see him earlier in the year there were a fair amount of young kids there, and I think defo Dance with Me tonight.

As for a reading, something very simple for him. Will have a browse and come back.

    Instantly found this.....

    THE WEDDING PRAYER

Now you will feel no rain,
For each of you will be shelter to the other.

Now you will feel no cold,
For each of you will be warmth to the other.

Now you will feel no more loneliness,
For each of you will be a constant companion to the other.

    Now you are two bodies,
But there is only one life ahead of you.

Go now to your dwelling place,
To enter your days of togetherness.

What about something from a kids book as a wedding reading? I've seen ones from Winnie the pooh, the velveteen rabbit and dr Seuss that work as alternative wedding readings which might be quite sweet. Xx

Personally I would let him choose the song and is he comfortable reading aloud in front of a crowd?
Ask him see what he says and if he doesnt mind then what about reading something from his favourite book that you read to him??

For me that would proberly be something from the beatrix potter books as I always read them to the girls when they were little :-)
