I have half a stone to lose and i was failing miserably! I've really got my bum in gear recently and been eating well and exercising too and its starting to come off finally! Ive now got five pounds to lose instead of the half stone plus another three id gained so I just need to get that kick to keep at it! Its hard work but it will be worth it!

It will be worth it honey, keep thinking of the dress. Im doing the cambridge diet and i love it.... lost 7ibs last week and Weigh in for week 2 is tonight so hoping for about 4ibs. When im having a bad day or feel like eating bad food i just remember why im doing it and stops me eating haha !! Good luck xxx

Aw thats such exciting news Laura Jane!! I had about 11.5lb to go but then last 2 wks i slipped and put on 1.5 so now have 13! grr! but ive kicked my bum back into gear and hopefully itll pay off this wk! Day 1 went ok haha. just 6 to go!

Is the cambridge diet good millz? I use a diet thats meant to make you lose a stone in a week! It works for some people,i usually lose about 3 pounds lol,think thats because i dont have to much to lose though. I only use it as a boost though if ive been really bad the week before.

It depends what you are like as a dieter.... i have loved the Cambridge diet but i travel alot for work so dont like calorie counting and struggle with time for the gym. Whereas the cambridge diet is milkshakes/soups/porridge so easy to do when im on the move and i dont feel hungry at all.... i have really enjoyed it but you have to maintain properly afterwards or weight goes back on so introducing food back in properly xxx
