Dont worry keep the song we picked our song 11 months ago and a couple of months ago it was used for an advert for childrens programes on sky and we are not changing it x
I think in people are more likely to think "Oh I know this song from that advert!" Rather than "Haha I bet they picked this song because of that advert"
So I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Plus I agree with michgib, woo Downton! lol

This songs is such a common choice for the first dance that I wouldn't worry about people associating it with the adverts. I'm more likely to think of the charity single that was released a few years back.

Lol, I'm surprised he didn't go for something a bit rockier. I wanted a song by the German band Eisbrecher (they're a New Industrial Rock band) called Ohne Dich (without you). When that was vetoed I switched to Metallica, then Alice Cooper. All vetoed by my 'dance' music loving h2b.

If you both really love the song it doesn't matter what other people think, its a very moving song and I'm sure everybody will be focused on you dancing rather than thinking about Downton Abbey xx

The song I'm walking down the aisle to is featured in "o father where art thou" with George Clooney, which is about three escaped convicts! I hope nobody thinks that I've chosen it because of that!!
