Annette depends when you emailed him hun, he is VERY busy and gets hundereds of emails a day so be patient hes a lovely guy and will sort it out as woon as he can x

Usally this happens (pu status etc not showing up) when you change your settings? Have you got your profile set to private?

I emailed september the 4th, which is over a month ago :/ No, my profile should be public. I was a power user for a while but now I am not, but for some reason the fee has been taken out of my account every month but not given me the status on here :S The only reason I didn't notice sooner is it's an account I rarely use.
