Wedding Forum - Bad experiance with florist, Bradford, west...

Hi guys, I thought I would join and make you aware of a florists in Bradford. I booked them about 8 moths ago and paid my deposit. When it came to the time 2 weeks ago when the appointment was to go and choose the flowers, my bride to be net as I was working. She came back extremely upset as she felt like the male florist who served her was forcing her into having the flowers he wanted to make for her. She was nearly in tears because of the situation, she gelt like they wouldn't be the flowers she wanted for the wedding and when the cost was over £500 she wasn't happy. So I went down to see them and they were anything but helpful, the man was rude, arrogant and just stood there with a smug look on his face. He didn't apologise and just said he didn't make her feel like that. Well if he hadn't why did she come home in the state that she did and doesn't want to return to the shop. We are now having to look for a florists with less than 3 weeks to go before our wedding on the 26th. Please be aware of this florists, it's *********** the professional florists in ***********. They definitely weren't professional. Please don't put yourself through the same experience we have had.

awww no that doesn't sound very good. Hope she's ok. As you say not very professional on their part :( You'd think with businesses closing left right and centre they'd have their customer service spot on, afterall it costs nothing. Hope you haven't handed any money over to them, or if you have, that you've managed to get it back
