I really really need some sort of help! I'm trying to lose seven pounds of weight I have gained and I'm failing so so bad and it is getting me down real bad. Im actually going the opposite way and bingeing now and GAINING weight!!! I'm doing well on the exercise front and doing two hardcore zumba classes and one gym session weekly when I wasn't doing anything at all for ages but this bingeing and pick picking at foods is severely doing my head in! I wish so much I could just stop myself! And it gets worse, I'm going away with friends on mon till sat and I just know its going to be eating junk and drinking that whole time and gaining more weight! I enjoyed ww for a while until I started to gain on weeks I had been good and it put me off and the expense of it, I dont kno it its worth a try again?

Have a look at the weight loss thread, I struggled to loose weight last year doing exercise alone, i lost about half a stone and stopped never lost anymore. I joined Slimming world last year and from end of novemeber to march, i'd lost 2st 4lbs x

Is it that you are weighing yourself and not losing it? If so it might be because you are creating more muscle which weighs more, I normally go by how my clothes fit.

How long till you have your fitting? If its a while away. Enjoy your time away with friends. It should help you recharge and hopefully help you focus. For me I don't buy any junk food as if it's there I'll eat it. I do SW as well. And it works for me. I have the occasional blip (usually when I have to miss a week). I found with WW that i was still eating crap and convenience food cause I could. Now I plan and cook meals, eat a lot more fruit and veg than I ever did. Keep up with the exercise, but like Glitterfairy said, concentrate on your clothes not the scales. Start measuring yourself weekly. Try that for a month or so and see if your loosing the inches but not the pounds.
