Hi ladies and Gent, I haven't been on for some weeks now as got new job and working all hours and plans are hectic at the mo,
I've done my table plans but I am really stuck on my timings as this is what the venue have set out for me but I'd like to change it as the wedding breakfast isn't until 15.50 which I think is too late. Please help me with this if you can I'm totally stressed out over this as I've got guests travelling from London and to wait till that time they'd be starving
    Church service 12.00pm - 12.35pm
    Arrive at venue 14.15
    Drinks on arrival 14.20
    Photo's 14.45
    Reception line 15.40
    Wedding breakfast 15.50
    Speeches 17.20
    Cutting of cake 17.30
    Tea & Coffee 17.40
    Vacate room 18.00
Evening entertainment arrives to set up at 18.00
    Evening guests arrive at 19.00

I feel as though I have no time to mingle or freshen up ready for the night time

I have finally found my soulmate
On 1st Sept 2012 I will become Mrs Curry

Is there a reason that there is such a big gap between the ceremony finishing and arriving at the venue? If not then maybe you can cut this gap down by about half hour giving you more time? xxx

I dont think the wedding breakfast is to late im getting married at 1.00 and not sitting down till 4.30/5.00, We have just told familys the time for the wedding breakfast and they all said it would be fine and they would have a bigger breakfast before they leave home. Our only timings are getting to church getting married and pictures and just the time to sit down. xx

That's same timing as me but why we got big gap from church to hotel is they are in to different towns so traveling between the 2, I was really worried about it being long day with no food, so I'm going to do little snack goody bags for people as we putting buses on for people so they can eat them on bus on way back after the service, like linzi-jo if there no reason for the gap cut that down and would that hour you got after meal and evening go to your room and have 5mins to self and freshen up that want I be doing.

The service is roughly 35-45mins long and then to have photo's after the wedding, it also takes 30 mins travelling time
this is the timings the wedding co-ordinator has given me

On 1st Sept 2012 I will become Mrs Curry
