I tried to look for pretty stencils and couldn't find any. Have you tried the well known hobby crafty place? They do printed sheets with the different letters of the alphabet on, in different patterns etc, so you could have a kind of patchwork effect. Or go for the creepy stalker theme and cut letters out of the newspaper lol! My friend used chalk boards, but you've got to be really steady handed! What sort of theme are you going for? xx

lol.. there are going to be named after my h2b fave football players past and present and haven't really got a theme other than the small touches of footie for h2b..black white and red are the colours and we are are having black and white foiled chocolate footballs in red organza bags .. to stay in keeping with the colours and the table names but thats it really xx

you can save them and get them printed asda on the camera instant print machine this is how i did mine just design them and printed them on photo paper and used mini easels to put them on the tables :-) 35p each which is cheaper than buying the paper and ink to do them myself at home
you can do the same with table name and have either a whole 6x4 for each name just fold it in half or do two to a page depending on the detail, you could even order the prints online just send them the files
hope this helps xxx

you could use a dynamo machine and print the labels and make little t shirts out of fabric and stick them onto card??
kinda like this:
EscortCard6.jpg
or depending on your drawing you could do this:
Football themed place cards-2.jpg
what about getting football stickers from a craft shop?? doesn't matter about stenciling or printing them i prefer hand written place cards i think they are more personal :-)

you can do you design on the computer and then you can save them on an sd memory card like a cameras and get them printed off at asda on the camera instant print machine.they get printed on some photo paper (better quality and quite sturdy). depending on how many you do can be very cheap, from 5p per print. Have a look on the adsa website you can upload designs to them as well. xx
