    Hey all,
I really can't decide what to do ... i've had some gorgeous invites made up by a local lady but i'm looknig at almost £200.00 for everything i need.
My mum & i are making table plan & table place cards so just thinking maybe we could just make the invites too but i just don't know by the time we buy everything will it work out much cheaper??

Make it, they are soo much more you. Plus you get exactly what you want. But if it's price your working from, work out how you would want them too look then dissemble it and work out what you need for what then look around for the said items and just work it out.
Most times it will work out too be cheaper too make them yourself and, I feel, much more satisfying to make your own.

We are making ours! got the cards and ribbon and stuff of amazon and ebay!! ^_^ we ordered a tiny amount - pack of ten and a little ribbon and stuff - to experiement and test with till we got it perfect (made about 5 before we did) then ordered everything else when we knew :) Now just to make them all!

I agree with all the others - we are making our own and has cost me less than 100 for save the dates and invitations :)

Makes it so worth while as well when you see in the finished product and you know all the hard work you've both put into it!

We used vistaprint as well and they definitely worked out cheaper than making them.
