As im only having an evening buffet at our wedding (due to lack of funds) i was a bit worried about people getting peckish later on. our venue have a midnight snack on the menu but its £600 just for bacon and sausage butties :-O
So i started looking in to getting a wedding cheese cake (nothing better than cheese and crackers for supper)! I was amazed at how expensive they are (£300 for 3 tiers) and a bit disappointed as we couldnt even afford a cheap one :( So i happened to come across a cheese factory in preston, emailed them and the lovely lady who emailed back said they didnt actually make cheese cakes but could supply me with the right amount of cheese at factory price :-) yay! so for a 3 tier cheese cake it is going to cost me around £80 and then all I have to do is get some fruit etc to decorate it :-) Sooooo happy!!!! xxxx

If you know anyone who is in hospital at the moment then visit them at a meal time. They give everyone one of those individual cheese and cracker things. Nobody eats them. Go in three times a day and you will fill your boots in no time! Happy to help. :-)

I've tried substitutes and I can't say I was very impressed, didn't melt very well and didn't taste great either :(
