Wedding Forum - A few photos from our fantastic day!...

We got married in Paphos Town Hall, Cyprus last Thursday and from the moment our little boy threw our wedding rings on the floor during the ceremony, we knew it was going to be full of laughs. Steve cried during the ceremony and it was very emotional. We went on the Wedding bus following the ceremony, to the harbour before boarding the Sea Star yacht where we went for a cruise with champagne, canapes and the speeches. It was amazing! In the evening we took a traditional Cypriot bus into the mountains for our reception, with meze, lots and lots of wine and dancing. The day definately did fly by but we have some great memories and our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Will post a few more once we get home.

Madame Butterfly - I have zero regrets about having our wedding abroad. Some of the planning felt difficult at times and some of our day was a mystery to us until the actual day, but it all flowed well and the day was perfect.

I only have 2 niggles, 1 being I wish we had booked our wedding for a few days later as we were still "finding our feet" for the first few days and the other niggle being we wish we had made it clearer to the family who came with us, that the 2nd week was our "honeymoon" as we have had so many invites this week to spend the day with family we have only had a day and a half to ourselves so far. lol ahhhh well it's still been great! xx

stevie dee... good advice there huni,
half our guests have decided to go self catering and so they will be meeting up most nights... h2b inisited on going all inclusive and to a 5* hotel that we knew noone else would fork out for so were pretty much guaranteed to be on our own for a honeymoon time xx
