    ttc is trying to conceive.

Do you have any gynae problems that you know of that would make you irregular? Stress can play havoc with them.

have you always been regular before??

diet, weight, stress, illness etc can cause you to miss periods. i take it you know for sure you aren't pregnant just now??

I had miscarried our first baby last october and then after that my periods were all over the place so I just started using the clear blue ovulation tests because there was no way of telling if/when I was ovulating... I'm now 16 weeks pregnant :)

I found changing my diet helped loads; try eating oestrogen rich foods too. Might be worth investing in some cheap ovulation tests to see if you are producing eggs monthly - if not take a trip to the Dr and He/She will be able to recommend something. As others have said, make sure you are not stressed as that really messes with your cycles.

Are you on or have you recently stopped using any forms of contraception? xx

Take your supplements too hun, and folic acid - make sure you're getting everything you need. I'm so bloody broody just now! Honestly I cant stop thinking about being pregnant. Roll on September so we can start ttc too! x
