Hi all, Has anybody found a way of adding a second guest list in the My Guest List planning tool? I'm trying to create one for evening guests but no joy... Thanks :)

I have tried several times but cant work it out. I also wanted an evening list. I dont think the guest list is the easiest tool to use to be honest, i have just started a spreadsheet xx

So just noticed the last thread I posted on was from 2010 saying the wording hadn't been changed and its now 2013 and it still hasn't been changed! Would like the option please :)

The software on this site is generally a bit flaky in places. I think the guest list feature is basically designed to work in conjunction with the table planner, hence no facility to accommodate any evening guests.
I made my own on excel, its not pretty but I have 2 sheets one for the ceremony & one for the evening. The evening one automatically has any from the ceremony added when I add them into the ceremony sheet to and I fill this in with all the figures so I don't have to fill in 2 sheets with everything.
I have a sent invite & a RSVP attending Y&N column which are red when N and yellow if yes so I can easily identify people who I need to send invites to and who is coming. I also have a column for number of people & number of children coming so I can total up numbers. Which hopefully means if enough family that I only sort of want to come can't I can invite more friends that I want to come
My goodness I think I need to stay away from the spreadsheets

I am a spreadsheet lover :) I have started one but it is still a work in progress! If anyone needs advice on spreadsheets just message me, I do them for work all the time so know a lot of useful formulas xx
