Me and my mum have just brought our selves a vibration plate as we worked out it was cheaper than getting in the car and driving to the closest place that has them and then pay them for the use of it.
Any way, the book that comes with it just has the basic instructions oh how to put the thing together and turn it on. There is no programme to follow or anything.
Well as we are both pretty new to this, we do know that we wont get results from just standing on it so I'm wondering who of you ladies have one or go to the gym to go on one and what kind of stuff do you do whilst on it? What do you find works best to lose the weight all over?

You can do so much on them! I used to use one at my local gym before I had my injury. It would be worth googling Vibration Plate exercises :) You can do things like squats, planks, arms, abs alsorts!

I never lost weight while using a vibration plate, however i did help me tone and loose inches. Good luck! x

I use them at the gym and used to go to classes too...they are great for building up your core strength and toning/inch loss as mentioned above. Make sure you are always holding in and tensing your tummy/bum/thighs and make sure you always keep your standing legs slightly bent, never straight, as the vibrations go all the way to your head and to do the exercises slowly so you get the benefits of using them. My gym says that 15 minutes of using the plates burns 420 calories!
Plank, side plank, bridge, cow/cat stretch, press ups, squats, leg raises, balance poses are all good (there's loads more).
    Have fun :)
