    Hey girls,

I am working A LOT up until the big day and trying to squeeze in planning too, so Ive been sitting at work tensing my stomach muscles in the vague hope it might tone my belly. Ive been doing exercises in the house 3 times a week cos I cannot afford a gym membership at the moment.

Anyone know of any toning exercises I can do at my desk without looking stupid? I work in a car showroom thats fairly quiet just now so anything too obvious and Id look like a weirdo. I just dont have a lot of spare time apart from sitting at my desk at work lol.

    Any ideas ladies?

Little dumbbells wouldn't look too bad if you wanted to tone your arms. Bottom clenching is recommended for desk workers too, tighten the posterior. What about lifting your heels underneath your desk, like walking on the spot but whilst sat down, that may help with the calves.

I'm not sure how much effect desk exercise will have, but it's worth a shot

Thats what I was thinkin cos Ive clenching my stomach muscles during the day and last night I could feel my abs for the first time in a while but that might be cos Ive been giggin and singing recently.

I'll definately try the other things too because surely doing some kind of movement will help more than just sitting here lol.

Doing squats, sit ups, push ups and another couple of arm exercises before bed a few nights a week too. I wishI could afford the gym :-/
