Hi guys! Does anyone know what songs I have to choose from for the church? Walking down the aisle, out of the church and during the ceremony? I am currently waiting for the church to send me the 'wedding pack' to see my choices. Just wondering if any of you have an idea? Thanks!

Found this for a scottish wedding so maybe that can give you some ideas hunni

    Ceremony
Select music that complements your wedding theme.

From the prelude to the recessional, the ceremony is the highlight of your wedding day. Choose classical, jazz or contemporary musical selections, depending on the mood you want to set. Plan ahead so there will be smooth musical transitions between the prelude, processional, ceremony, interlude and recessional.

Prelude selections can include such songs as "Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven, "Water Music" by Handel, "Ave Maria" by Schubert/ Gounod, "The Four Seasons" by Vivaldi, "Greensleeves-Traditional Arioso" by Bach, "Ode to Joy" by Beethoven, "Brandenburg Concerto No. 2" by Bach or "Gloria" by Vivaldi.

Processional songs can include such selections as "Bridal Chorus (Here Comes the Bride) 'Lohengrin'" by Wagner, "Trumpet Voluntary in D (The Prince of Denmark's March)" by Clarke, "Canon in D" by Pachelbel, "No. 34" by Dave Matthews Band, "A Whole New World" by Peabo Bryson and Regina Belle, "Amazed" by Lonestar, "Angels Brought Me Here" by Guy Sebastian, "At Last" by Etta James, "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts, "Butterfly Kisses" by Bob Carlisle, "Caribbean Blue" by Enya, "For My Wedding" by Don Henley, "Here and Now" by Luther Vandross or "Joy" by George Winston.

For the interlude selections, choose from such classics as "Ave Maria" by Schubert, "Amazing Grace-Traditional La Traviata" by Verdi, "Primavera: First Movement, Allegro" by Vivaldi, "Für Elise" by Beethoven, "And I Love Her" by The Beatles or "Have I Told You Lately" by Van Morrison.

Joyful, romantic recessional songs include "Wedding March (from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream')" by Mendelssohn, "Ode to Joy (from the Ninth Symphony)" by Beethoven, "Trumpet Tune" by Purcell, "Magnificat in D" by Bach, "Beautiful Day" by U2, "Book of Days" by Enya, "Fly Me to The Moon" by Frank Sinatra, "Forever and for Always" by Shania Twain, "Happy Together" by The Turtles, "Highland Cathedral" by The Royal Scots Dragoon, "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)" by James Taylor, "Linus & Lucy" by Vince Guaraldi Trio, "Love and Marriage" by Frank Sinatra, "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I'm Yours" by Stevie Wonder, "Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns N' Roses, "Thank You for Loving Me" by Bon Jovi, "Truly, Madly, Deeply" by Savage Garden and "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina & The Waves.
    Cocktails
While the wedding party is busy with photographs, the guests will enjoy a celebration cocktail.

After the ceremony, your guests likely will enjoy cocktails and pre-reception snacks while the photographer snaps pictures of the bridal party. Select at least two hours of music that guests can enjoy while they wait.

Provide you guests with such cocktail and dinner albums as "Definitive Hits" by Herb Alpert, "The Definitive Collection" by Louis Armstrong, "Tony Bennett Sings for Lovers" by Tony Bennett, "The Best of David Benoit" by David Benoit, "The Greatest Hits of All" by George Benson, "The Best of Andrea Bocelli: Vivere" by Andrea Bocelli, "Time Out" by Dave Brubeck, "Michael Bublé" by Michael Bublé, "Prelude ... Reception
Enjoy a little "Sugar Sugar" while cutting your cake.

The arrival of the wedding party signals the start of the festivities. Select songs to highlight your reception's special moments.

If you and your spouse don't have a special song you want to use for the first dance, consider such romantic selections as "Unforgettable" by Nat King Cole, "Can I Have This Dance?" by Ann Murray, "The Way You Look Tonight" by Frank Sinatra, "It Had to Be You" by Harry Connick Jr., "Faithfully" by Journey, "No Ordinary Love" by Sade, "Everything I Do (I Do for You)" by Bryan Adams, "Always" by Bon Jovi, "Angels" by Robbie Williams, "Beautiful in My Eyes" by Joshua Kadison, "Better Together" by Jack Johnson, "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol, "Come Away with Me" by Norah Jones, "From Here to Eternity" by Michael Peterson, "I Could Not Ask for More" by Edwin McCain, "I Do (Cherish You)" by 98 Degrees, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith, "I Knew I Loved You" by Savage Garden, "I Was Meant to be With You" by Diamond Rio, "Ice Cream" by Sarah McLachlan, "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz, "Keeper of the Stars" by Tracy Byrd, "Love of a Lifetime" by Firehouse, "Now That I've Found You" by Terri Clark, "Steal My Heart Away" by Van Morrison, "When I See You Smile" by Bad English, and "You and Me" by Lifehouse.

You can have up to four, minimum 1 - we're having 3, so one at the start, one before the address, and one after we've signed the register. We've also chosen our organ music for when the guests are taking their places, my bridal entrance, signing the register and when we walk down the aisle after we're married. The hymns i've chosen in running order are "Faithful One, So Unchanging", "The Power Of Your Love" and "Guide Me O Thou Great Redeemer" - hope that helps!
