I dont really write poetry as you might be able to tell lol. But I thought it would be nice to write something for my boy to say on the day.

I love it very romantic! I think the only cheesy bit is the fleas line though! How about changing the last two pararaphs to ..

Your the only one who has my heart I will love you until death us do part I can't think of a better way to say I love you more every single day.
Just a suggestion to make it link more to the marriage and seem more to the occasion if that makes sense! :)

I helped my son write a poem, but he then decided he didnt want to read it out anyway lol.
ours was this:
When mummy asked me to be best man I was excited and couldnt wait to be so important on thier wedding day and to eat lots of wedding cake. I get to wear a suit that's new, with a cravat (that's a sort of tie) and brand new shoes.
Mummy is marrying Amie, and i can safely say theyre wedding will be a very gay day We will blow bubbles and throw some rice I dont want to get into trouble so I promise to be very nice!
I'll behave my very very best, and mummy will say how hansome i am I wont put her patience to the test and I'll be the best ever junior best man.
We thought it was cute, and he helped to write it, but then we remembered he will be nearly 10 byt he time of the wedding, so he now wants to make a speech rather than do a reading

we looked around some websites for readings for children to do, and came accross one site with poems, that's when we decided to write our own.
We dont yet have anyone who will do a reading for us, so we will probably just miss them out, though I would have liked someone to read something

Thank you, that is much better without the flea bit. I wrote it quite quickly but I was considering doing a verse about the things we love mutualy - like The Beatles and South Park lol but I kept getting interupted bt the damn phone at work lol. Plus I thought its maybe long enough.....
