Do i send save the date cards to my evening guests?
Also anyone have rough timelines to send them out? We are getting married August 2013 so i was going to send save the dates with Christmas cards (saves postage) but dont know when to send invites out? xx

We didnt send them to our evening guest and also sent them out with the Christmas cards to save on postage :-)

Yes, we popped save the date cards to our family members and closest friends who we really wanted at the main daytime do...as we are getting married in the summer holidays we didnt want ppl to be away on holidays if they could help it :) We didnt send them to other daytime guests or eve guests. But i did send my invites out early (6 months before) as guests will be required to get baby sitters (as no kids invited) and some have distance to travel, so plenty of time to make arrangements xx

I ve had almost all my rsvp's back, just a few left to organise childcare, but are on the case lol....this also gives me plenty of time to 'upgrade' evening guests to daytime if we want to without it looking last minite lol xx

We're getting wed in June, and we sent out our invites at Christmas to save on postage, with an RSVP of end march - the save the dates we emailed out about a year before which was free :-)

we sent our Save the dates just to the day guests as we didn't know if the evening ones would still be invited by the time to invites went out. we have sent our first lots of invites at the end of february, they were to the day and the definante evening guests. we will send out a second lot of evening invites if people don't RSVP before the date
