I went to the national wedding fair with mum and my step-sister on Saturday and it was a great day. Firstly we got free tickets so always a bonus and then found loads of ideas.
I have chosen my wedding cake (mum needs to learn to make it now) - choice of 2 colours so will do a poll on another post. Fell in love with wedding invites - i didn't want anything with bows, ribbons, glitter, etc as not really me then found a guy that does photo film invites and fell in love. Signed up to my favourite wedding magazine and got a discount on the subscription as asked nicely and got a free For Your eyes only photoshoot but really not sure how keen i am - i was thought it was a bit cringey and some pearl braclets that are lush.
However didnt try any dresses on as the ques were massive and didnt like the idea of trying on the same dress that literally everyone else had that day plus its not queit and couldnt really share the moment with my moment with my mum.
