I've been looking for some pillar candles on the web and cant seem to find any that are cheap enough, just wondered if anyone knows of a cheapy place I can get deep purple pillar candles - there must be somewhere cheap! Ordered my invitations yesterday! The day is creeping up on me! lol

Thats a good idea - Ill get my man on it. He works near a Primark. Also ikea might be an idea....Was hoping I could buy a set of 8 for like £15/£20 but they are selling on ebay and amazon for much more than that. Think I might be hoping for too much lol

You could always try your nearest pound shop too hun. I know its a bit hit and miss with what they have in but its worth a try if the other places are no good.
I never knew primark did candles. Learn something new every day... usually on here :)

Those ones of wilkinsons are perfect, I dont know where there is a wilkinsons near me though. Not sure if we have them in Scotland but I can order them online. I'll defo have a look round the pound shops too though. The town I live in has a surplus of pound shops lol xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Have you tried Matalan? They had some really nice purple pillar candles, but I think they were scented! X
I was wondering about that - is it ok for them to be scented or do you think that would put people off their dinner? Id like the room to smell nice and we are only having 4 tables and a head table so it wouldnt be very many candles. Theres a matalan down the road from me, I'll try there too :-) I was hoping to get a cheapy deal online but its prob gunna be cheaper to go to a shop actually. Thank you for your suggestions ladies :-)
