I dont think it's too early hun, I was at wedding fayres in January last year and I'm getting married in September this year. The thing is, all the best people start getting booked up so the sooner you can find what you're after the better x

I've only attended 1 up to now. I'm going to another tomorrow. I wish i'd started attending them and planning earlier. Its never too early to be prepared. Plus, they're a lot of fun :) x

I got engaged on 26th August and the first weekend in September I was at a wedding fayre, we're not getting married until June next year. I've been to 5 so far, I love going especially when you get goodies. The first one I went to I felt embarrassed when they asked when we were getting married but I was surprised when all the suppliers were saying the earlier you start getting prepared the better. I've booked my cake, make-up, DJ and hair stylists thanks to wedding fayres and got a discount with each one for doing it through the fayre. Your h2b doesn't have to go with you, you'll see h2bs at wedding fayres looking bored or confused. I took mine to one last week and he came out saying he needs to play call of duty just to give him some man points.
I can't wait until 29/06/2013
The day I marry the man of my dreams!
never too early hun, plan now and relax later thats my motto :0)
Cant wait to become Mrs Purdie x x x x
May 4th 2013 - The day i get to marry my best friend

Never to early. Always lots of different things to look at if just to get ideas. That all I go for really is the ideas. Maybe as we get closer to the date then when we go we might book things if they are right.
CommentAuthorxxRosiexx
It's never too early! Especially as quite a lot of people at fairs will offer deals and also price guarantees so if you see something you like you can book it and you'll get the prices as they are now instead of another price hike up for next year :) you may grab a bargain!
22-09-2012 I marry my best friend.
CommentAuthorMrs Ross
Its never too early hun, like what Jill says all the best people get booked up early so the earlier you start the better. Tell your h2b gone are the days when you can plan and book everything in one year.
CommentAuthorNatashaP86
i am not getting married till 2014 and i am going to my first one tomorrow, going with my best friend and cant wait x
CommentAuthorClareS
it's never too early to go to wedding fayres. Some of the exhibitors offer discounts if you book on the day, so you can get an idea of prices and go home and do your sums so you can book them at the next wedding fayre if you want to. I did that on a few of my suppliers and saved a bit of money, not overly huge amounts but it all helps. My venue has started doing a 10% discount if you book on one of their wedding fayre dates :( wished I'd known that one before hand as that would've been a huge saving x

I am getting married in june next year too. I have been to lots fayres. I love going to them and you can get lots of good ideas. I have also found that the sooner you book the better. xx
CommentAuthorGabyS

CommentAuthorRebeccaR36
I think you should definietly go, you can get a lot of good ideas and also get an idea of prices and start to work out your budget. Plus venues/catering/photographers/DJs etc will be taking bookings for next year already.

I don't think it's ever too early to go to wedding fayres or even book/buy things if it's what you really want! Remember a lot of things like venues, photographers etc can get booked years in advance xx
