OK ladies, the time has come that I need to take drastic measures to fit into my dress. I am relatively healthy and go to the gym/swim 3 times a week however NOTHING seems to have changed so I am thinking of signing up to bootcamp, 4 early mornings a week in the local park with a trainer and lots of others who want to lose weight.
Has any one done these? Good/Bad results?
The cost is £91 for 4 weeks which I thought was really good, they've got a sale on so I'm saving £180... shall I go for it? xx

The good thing is if you're paying that sort of money whenever you feel like straying from your diet or missing a session you just have to think of that and it'll soon stray you away from the crisps. Ask them as well if they can provide nutritional advice, even though you are healthy it could be time to cut something out such as bread as well to lose that last couple of pounds (My MOH and I have a saying with each other that is no bread before you wed) xx

Janie you live in Sunderland don't you? A friend of mine is at uni there doing a course on nutritional/health and as part of the course needed people with a BMI or 26 or more (I don't know yours personally so may not even be relevant) to help them lose weight and in turn use you in a study. It may be too late to volunteer for this year but you probably could next year?-it's free so could save you some money compared to the bootcamps xx
before you spend monies, have you tried the zumba game on the wii yet? I bought mine at xmas and have lost about half a stone & toned up loads, and obvs as its at home you can do it as much as you like whenever you like! Just a thought :)

Thanks everyone. I've asked and they include nutritional advice and give you meal plans which exclude wheat, dairy and alcohol so I'm going to get a recipe book to start the diet before I start the bootcamp. Am definitely signing up, what have I got to lose (exepct 10 pounds!? HAHA!)
Glitterpix - I would but I haven't got a Wii console!!
