Wedding Forum - Stadium of light or hilton gateshead?...

is anyone going to tomorrows wedding fayre at the stadium of light?

Or the one later on at the hilton hotel in gateshead?

OR any others i have missed?

god i wish! Could never afford them in a million years, and erm....i support the toon more than the mackems lol but being from essex originally i guess i dont have to support the town i live in ha ha.
I'll prob end up taking loads of silly piccies of me and my OH, that's what we usually end up doing when we go out lol though being a bit more formal i guess we might have to behave, a little!

we dont drive so wont be going as cant afford train or coach fair.
otherwise i woulda, i used to travel there for crufts lol

not anymore, but i used to breed chihuahua's. I didnt enter them myself due to my arthritis, but had a handler. They never did well but i didnt care cos we got there at least lol.
They only got there as the qualifying shows we went too were small and the bigger well known breeders didnt go lol

I still have one chihuahua I bred, she is 2 now, and i wouldnt part with her for the world! She's totally my baby girl lol, spoilt rotten, but loved to death. She is so much company to me, and she even tells me when my blood sugars are going low, she seems to just KNOW and sits on my lap with her head down whining until i realise myself whats happening and get my glucose tabs etc....

but i could harp on about her for days lol, i wont though!

That's really interesting what you say about her knowing about your blood sugar and stuff. I remember we did a little bit in uni about dogs being used not only as guide dogs but also for that reason and for epileptic patients, as the dogs could detect subtle changes prior to a seizure, before even the patient knew. Was really interesting :)

Think we all spoil our dogs, no matter how hard we try to pretend we don't! Ours is a little crossbreed but he thinks he's king of the hill...currently snuggled in a giant ball of thick fleece blanket on the armchair opposite me...and they say it's a dog's life?!

WHen i became too ill to breed anymore they all went to amily and friends so i still get to see them!]
we're actualy having a dog reunion later, willow's going to get to see 3 of her old housemates lol

i am back had a lovely time. filled with cake and sweets now feel a bit sick. It was great janie got loads of ideas going round in my head now. I think there is going to be another one in october it is well worth going

Janie I just looked at the album of your dogs, gorgeous! Had to laugh at the million-dogs-on-lap one - that always happens when I visit our friends that have three dogs, all three plus Ollie decide that they MUST be on my lap so I end up squished under a sea of dog!

lol glad mine were only small dogs!
My ex hubby used to put them all on my lap when i was feeling down as they cheered me up

Defantly! Willow never leaves my side, but then her momma sadly died when she was a little over a week old, so i hand raised her, bottle fed her and everything. So she thinks i'm momma i'm sure lol.

it was funny when her n her brother first started walking, they tried following me everywhere and whined if they were left, so in the end i knitted a puppy papoose and carried them round in it with me all day lol

lol i'm keeping up, so far ha ha, doesnt take much to conffudle me at all!!!
must admit our walkies is mainly me walking and the dog getting carried to the grass lol

she so small she gets tired easily lmao.
went to the beach once last summer, was out 4 hours, and the poor dog didnt wanna go walkies for 3 days after, if i said walkies she put her head down lol.

she goes out and about with me whenever possible, ont he bus trains etc, she loves it.

no, not in a carrier. She sits on my lap. As long as theyre kept under control there's no problem.
She just loves to be out and about with me.
