Hmm, if they really keep fine for eighteen months shouldn't be a problem...Do you think there would be deals like this at other times of the year a bit closer to the wedding or is it sort of a one-off offer?? Would you be able to store them for that long without people getting at them?!

I was thinking about this for chocolate as want red chocolate lollies on the tables but decided to wait until nearer the time. I dont think sweets go off but may get harder so i would wait if possible?!
Why dont you contact the ebay seller and see if he/she thinks they will have any more later on in the year? xxx

If the best before date is past your wedding it should be fine, providing you or anyone else doesnt eat them in the mean time. Chocolate doesnt keep so well, the sugar can rise to the surface which leaves a white powdery coating, still edible but not so nice looking.

yeh they should be fine. We buy all our sweets at the ridding to sell in the sales and they are all fine when we need to open and sell them normaly 7-12 months just keep them at a good temprature ie not in the garden shed and not nead radiators and they will be fine
