Well as some of you know our colour scheme is ivory, black and burnt orange.
Our reception venue is very elegant with white exposed beams which will make the decoration of the venue simple, as it already looks gorgeous even when empty.
We have a selection of balloons in Ivory, black and orange. We have Ivory table sheets with orange organzer runners. Our table decs are orange and ivory flowers in black and ivory glass vases, and the ribbon we have to tie the balloons is orange.
We have an ivory bell garland to use somewhere as well, possibly round the buffet table.

So you see it will all be very ivory and orange really...... I was wondering what people thought of black table wear?
I use a site that sells by the colour.... so i can get napkins, plates cutlery etc to match my colour scheme. I was looking and thought well i cant get white plates it would be too much.... then i thought i cant get prange plates who would want an orange plate and that would also be too much, but black plates? That seems much more do-able. I think it wouldnt be too much black as there is lots of ivory and orange throughout the whole room, with only small touches of black to the black tablewear might just hold it all together?
What do you ladies think? Am i going mad?
