I have been told the renovation is worth at least £20,000!!

I'm getting married in Dec 2011, we're currently not going on a honeymoon but if they were going to decorate my house for me, i'd happily book one in January 2012, it'll save me the money hehe. Do you think it includes knocking down walls and moving fuseboxes, water and gas/electric meters and a new kitchen? Cos i desperately need those so i can actually fit my things in my kitchen!!
